"Amazing selection! They have what you need"

"You won't find a better place to buy your libations in sleepy little Willard. Top Hat is a staple in our town. For the size, you will be amazed at just how eclectic and comprehensive the selection is here. The staff and owner are second-to-none. They know their stuff and will help you find just the right thing. Go here and find something new or purchase your old standby. Just a great little place!"
