"They pack it in at this local watering supply store. A small building with a mighty fine Inventory of wines, beers, and other liquor needs. If you don't see it ask they've probably got it. If they can't find it you didn't really need it anyway."

"When I walk in they holler “Rose!”Just kidding but love these guys. Stacia is the best & will order anything she doesn’t have. Even if a different liquor store opened in Willard I’d still shop at Top Hat-they’re the best neighborhood package store EVER! Love you guys!"
